Terms of Service
Last updated 29 August 2026. These terms govern use of Goldikun Planner and this website (legal.goldikun.cc).
The service is operated by Goldikun (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].
1. The service
Goldikun Planner is a web application that lets an authorized operator queue media and captions and publish them to connected social accounts (including Instagram via Buffer and TikTok via TikTok for Developers APIs). These pages describe that product. Access to the scheduler itself may be restricted to signed-in operators.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the credentials you use, for accounts you connect (TikTok, Buffer, and others), and for all content you schedule or publish. If you connect a third-party account, you confirm you have the right to authorize our app for that account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- violate TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Buffer, Fanvue, or other platform terms, community guidelines, or local law;
- upload or publish content you do not have the rights to use (including music, images, and likenesses);
- attempt to bypass platform safety, authenticity, or advertising rules;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the service or third-party APIs except as needed to operate your own authorized account;
- share access tokens or API secrets, or use the service to operate undeclared automation against another person’s account.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms or a platform’s rules are being broken.
4. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on services we do not control, including TikTok, Buffer, Bunny.net (content delivery for temporary public media URLs), and other connected APIs. Their terms apply in addition to these. Platform outages, API changes, audits, rate limits, or account restrictions can delay or block posts. We are not those platforms and we cannot restore a banned or restricted social account.
TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API are used only after you approve the scopes shown on TikTok’s consent screen. Token refresh and posting run on our servers on your behalf.
5. Content
You retain rights in media and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, transcode, crop, transmit, and publish that content as needed to operate the queue you configured. Temporary copies may be placed on a CDN so a platform can fetch the file, then removed after publish or failure where the workflow supports it.
6. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted publishing, exact post times, or that a platform will accept every asset (aspect ratio, duration, and policy checks can fail). To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost posts, platform penalties, or indirect damages arising from use of the service or from third-party APIs. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or €50 if you paid nothing.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes to how we use TikTok data will also be reflected in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Hungary have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
